Home Support Worker Personal Assistant for Seniors -- Contractor opportunities

What you'll do:

Follow individualized care plans and keep clear, accurate client records. Build trusting relationships that support clients' independence and wellbeing. Communicate changes in client condition to your supervisor and coordinate with family and team members. Proactively promote client safety and comfort in everyday tasks. Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and personal assistance. Escort and transport clients safely to appointments, shopping, programs, and social outings.
Who we're looking for:

Compassionate, respectful, and patient caregivers with strong communication skills. Comfortable with documentation using a smartphone and online tools. Current Criminal Record/Background Check or willingness to obtain one. Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle is an asset.
