Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks from 10am -5 pm. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills and be proficient in office management tools. This role requires excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Manage phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while handling inquiries and directing calls appropriately. Assist with document preparation and management. Perform clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and proofreading materials for accuracy.

Experience

Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred. Familiarity with data entry processes is a plus. Strong proficiency in office software applications, including spreadsheet Microsoft documents, excel tools. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. Ability to proofread documents for clarity and correctness is essential. Experience with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems is beneficial.
