We're looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team and help us manage the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep our projects running smoothly.
The Role
As our Administrative Personal Assistant, you will be the backbone of our operations, handling a diverse range of responsibilities that require a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills. You'll work closely with the owner to ensure all administrative, marketing, and client-related tasks are managed efficiently. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is not only a fantastic organizer but also has a creative flair for digital content.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Management:
Handle all incoming calls, messages, and emails. Manage invoices, receipts, and other financial records with accuracy.
Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, scheduling appointments, providing updates on project progress, and ensuring a positive client experience from start to finish.
Marketing & Social Media:
Manage and grow our social media presence. This includes creating engaging
short-form video content
and writing creative, compelling captions that reflect our brand's voice.
Content Creation:
Plan, shoot, and edit video content showcasing our projects before, during, and after completion.
General Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the company owner, including calendar management and task coordination.
Who You Are
You are a highly organized, proactive, and reliable individual with a strong sense of urgency.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You are proficient with video editing software (e.g., CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro) and have a portfolio of creative content you can share.
You are a quick learner and can adapt to new tasks and challenges with a positive attitude.
You are comfortable managing multiple tasks at once and can prioritize effectively under pressure.
Bonus Skills (Big Plus!)
Experience with
Google Ads campaigns
and a solid understanding of digital advertising principles.
Knowledge of
Google SEO best practices
and strategies to improve online visibility.
Familiarity with financial software or accounting principles.

Pay: $17.55-$23.92 per hour
