Job Opening Description:
Opening for an experienced personal administrative assistant with experience in customer service, scheduling, managing correspondence and general administrative duties . Hiring for an 18 month term position with the possibility of converting to permanent. Position is for Winnipeg and surrounding areas.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Class 5 driver's license
- Clear driver's abstract
- Eligible to work in Canada (no restrictions)
- Willing to work OT (10+hrs)
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
Nice to have:
- Open availability (including weekends)
- Hauling, snow clearing and excavation sales experience.
- Logistics, dispatch and planning experience.
- Marketing, eCRM and B2B sales experience
Duties Include:
- Supporting Leadership Team with day-to-day tasks
- Interfacing with existing customers to maintain relationships
- Developing new customer relationships
- Working with the team to plan upcoming work and scheduling projects
- Identifying opportunities for better efficiency for work bookings
- Maintaining records and data tracking
- Overseeing marketing initiatives

Terrace Property Maintenance is now just over seven years old and growing rapidly having served over 3000 clients to date. The steady growth of new clientele paired with our maintenance contracts has led to the need for additional staff. We are looking to onboard people who will work collaboratively with our team to accomplish a common goal.
