Overtime Method: Averaging Agreement - calculating after 88 hours bi-weekly


Hours: Sunday & Monday 00:00 - 08:00hrs


Payrate: $18.54/hr

Essential Job Function

Implement security measures to protect property, control access to sites and ensure client rules and regulations are followed Maintain confidentiality Maintain written reports Perform security checks and liaise with students, customers and the public Ensure site safety and emergency procedures are followed and maintain written reports Enforce compliance to company policies and procedure First aid - be prepared to administer when required Maintaining a positive, productive work environment through collaboration Watch for and report irregularities by completing incident reports, such as security breaches, facility and safety hazards and emergency situations; contact emergency responders, such as police, fire and/or ambulance personnel, as required. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Prerequisites

Valid Security License for the province of Ontario Valid First Aid & CPR Level C from a WSIB approved provider English (oral and written) fluency is a must 3 Years of experience in security is required Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) Applicants who do not possess these certifications can opt into Paladin's Use of Force (UOF)/Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position Legally authorized to work in Canada

Please be aware:

The UOF/MOAB certification is not paid as it is a pre-employment requisite; however, Paladin will cover all the costs of the training with a 6-month commitment to the position/availability
