licensed Periodontist
to provide specialty care across our
Waterloo
and
Hanover
locations. This is an excellent opportunity to build and lead a part-time, in-house periodontal program within two thriving general practices that value collaboration, technology, and comprehensive patient care.
You'll work with experienced teams, including treatment coordinators who manage imaging, referrals, and pre-determinations--ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and providers.

Comprehensive Periodontal Surgery
Soft Tissue Grafting (Free Gingival, Connective Tissue, etc.)
Crown Lengthening and Esthetic Periodontal Procedures
Regenerative Therapy and Guided Tissue Regeneration
Dental Implant Placement and Maintenance
Periodontal Maintenance and Supportive Therapy
Collaboration with referring GPs for interdisciplinary treatment planning

Ideal Candidate
Licensed Periodontist (RCDSO)
in good standing
Skilled in full-scope periodontal procedures, including implants and regenerative therapy
Excellent communicator who enjoys interdisciplinary collaboration
Detail-oriented, patient-focused, and comfortable working autonomously
Flexible and adaptable to a growing referral base across multiple sites

About You:
Licensed Periodontist (RCDSO)
in good standing
Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
Valid CPR certification
