What We're Looking For
4+ years of
hands-on experience
in performance marketing or user acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and StackAdapt.
Proven record of managing
large-scale budgets
and delivering measurable performance growth.
Deep understanding of
bid strategy, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization
.
Experience with
mobile app marketing
, including AppsFlyer tracking and post-install event optimization.
Strong collaboration skills -- especially with
creative and content teams
.
Analytical mindset and comfort with

Expertise in
