Summary:



The Performance Marketing Manager drives demand generation and measurable growth across digital channels. This role owns the marketing funnel--from traffic to lead capture to conversion--and ensures Laserglow's growth systems are data-driven and scalable. You'll manage platforms like HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, applying AI and automation to increase campaign speed and efficiency. Working closely with the Brand Marketing Manager, you'll align campaigns with consistent messaging and assets.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan and execute SEO, PPC, email, and paid social campaigns to generate qualified leads Manage HubSpot automation: workflows, lead scoring, and reporting dashboards Apply AI tools to optimize ad targeting, performance reporting, and campaign adjustments Track and report on KPIs including lead quality, funnel conversion, and ROI Build landing pages, lead magnets, and A/B testing plans to improve conversion Partner with the Brand team to ensure campaign visuals and messaging are aligned Collaborate with sales to refine lead handoff and pipeline performance

Day-to-Day Activities:



Launch and monitor paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and industry platforms Review HubSpot dashboards daily for campaign and lead performance Use AI-driven insights for keyword research, predictive analytics, and automated reporting Test and optimize lead capture forms, workflows, and ad variations Collaborate with Brand Manager on campaign briefs and asset delivery

Qualifications:



4-6 years in digital or performance marketing roles Proven track record in demand generation and campaign optimization Strong HubSpot expertise (automation, scoring, dashboards, attribution) Familiarity with AI for campaign analysis, optimization, and operational speed Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights B2B and industrial experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits:



Base salary + Profit sharing PTO, Health, Dental & Vision, EAP
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,778.70-$95,300.69 per year
