About The Role

The Performance team is the component that drives KOHO\'s user acquisition across Canada.

With a think as a customer and growth ownership mindset, they ensure that KOHO is the go-to choice in Canada when it comes to getting a prepaid card.

Each member of the team owns a piece of the growth puzzle: from organic to paid, they own their programs and use their know-how to grow the brand and our user base in a harmonious way.

You are comfortable communicating how it all fits into the bigger picture. You\'ve ideally had 5 years or more of agency experience or an equivalent and you are ready to join a product-based company. You are comfortable with ambiguity and are a self-starter and super curious individual.

What You\'ll Do

  • Designing, managing, and executing the user acquisition campaigns across paid media channels, mainly search-based (Google Ads, Apple search, Microsoft Ads...)
  • Formulating and executing digital acquisition strategies to drive CAC efficiency and scale spend
  • Monitoring the performance and constantly optimizing the campaigns based on a data-driven approach and learnings from multiple A/B tests
  • Driving a full-cycle creative production from copy to ad design and providing data-driven decisions about further creative development
  • Communicating and reporting on performance weekly across key metrics and KPI\'s and uncovering new opportunities within PPC/SEM for user growth.
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing in a high-growth startup or an agency environment
  • Tracked Experience running campaigns on major platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search, with a proven track record of successfully executing campaigns
  • A very good understanding of AdTech structures and data analytics
  • Experience in campaign planning and project management in order to break down complex problems into smaller ones and to enjoy working with data
A bonus if you have experience or an interest in any of the following!
  • Mobile growth experience and french are a major nice to have.
