Position Overview



The

Performance Marketing & Creative Coordinator

is responsible for

executing marketing campaigns

, producing

high-converting digital assets

, and ensuring

brand consistency

across all platforms. This role requires strong

creative design skill

, knowledge of

digital performance strategy

, and the ability to collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and IT in-office.

You will be

executing

, not just ideating -- this is an implementation-forward role.

Key Responsibilities



Campaign & Funnel Execution



Create

ad creatives

and campaign assets for Meta, Google, Instagram, and remarketing funnels. Build, schedule, and optimize

Mailchimp email campaigns

and

automated sequences

. Create and deploy

SMS marketing campaigns

designed to drive response. Design and maintain

conversion-focused landing pages

to support campaign performance. Select, edit, and organize visual assets (photos, video clips, graphics) for web + social media.

Creative & Brand Development



Follow and maintain the

brand kit

, typography, messaging tone, and visual identity. Apply

neuromarketing and emotional engagement principles

to content and layout. Use

AI-assisted tools

(copy, image, layout, workflows) to work efficiently and creatively.

Collaboration & Ownership



Work

in-office twice weekly

to collaborate with Sales and IT for synchronized execution. Communicate

proactively

-- speak up when clarity, support, or resources are required. Take

initiative

in improving campaign performance, design quality, and workflow speed. Handle fast-moving priorities and maintain composure under deadline-driven phases.

What We Are Looking ForExperience & Skills



3-4+ years

experience in digital marketing execution or performance-oriented content creation. Strong

graphic design foundation

-- portfolio required. Proficiency in:

Canva

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign minimum)

Mailchimp

Meta Ads content creation (no need to manage the ad account -- we have senior strategy) Understanding of

landing page conversion principles

and user pathways. Comfortable using

AI-enabled design and content tools

to accelerate deliverables.

Pay: $37,848.74-$65,543.78 per year
