About the Role



We're looking for a versatile coordinator who can support HR, recruitment, operations, and basic business analysis. You'll map processes, spot gaps, improve workflows, and keep projects moving. You'll also handle day-to-day people operations and provide administrative support where needed.

You help the organization run better. You make processes clearer, support our teams, and free leaders to focus on the work that moves RCAS forward. You build the systems and structure that keep everything on track.

You'll work across almost every part of RCAS, so you need to stay organized, stay curious, and be comfortable juggling different types of work.

Key Responsibilities



HR & People Support (25%)



Support onboarding and offboarding Keep employee files and HR data accurate Help with compliance tracking and training coordination Provide general HR administrative support

Recruitment Support (15%)



Post jobs and manage applicant flow Coordinate interviews and screening steps Support reference checks Keep hiring documents up to date

Executive & Administrative Support (15%)



Calendar and scheduling support Prep meeting notes, summaries, and follow-ups Draft simple documents and communications Handle confidential information with care

Operations & Project Coordination (20%)



Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables Maintain simple dashboards and trackers Support planning cycles and operations initiatives Coordinate communication across teams

Business Analysis / Process Improvement (25%)



Map out current processes and workflows Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies Help design cleaner, clearer processes Build SOPs, checklists, and simple documentation Support implementation and follow-through

What You Bring



2-4 years experience in HR, operations, coordination, or BA work Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to map workflows and think in systems Good communicator who's comfortable asking questions Tech-comfortable with spreadsheets, docs, and dashboards Able to work independently and handle shifting priorities

Nice to Have



Exposure to HRIS or applicant tracking systems Experience with SOP development or process documentation Basic project management experience

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $40,887.19-$63,000.00 per year
