We're looking for a

People Operations Coordinator

for an 18 month term

who is energized by delivering exceptional operational and recruitment support and excited to streamline HR and talent processes through AI-powered tools. In this role, you'll play a key part in helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed--while shaping the future of AI for local economies

Your Impact:

As a People Operations Coordinator, you'll work with the People Operations team to:


Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer, ensuring an inclusive and candidate-centric experience. Coordinate interviews, facilitate timely hiring decisions, and support onboarding through documentation and workflow tracking. Maintain accurate data across HRIS and recruitment systems, process employee lifecycle changes, and administer performance and onboarding workflows. Leverage AI tools to streamline candidate communications, improve data accuracy, and drive automation across People Ops processes. Assist with reporting and dashboards for hiring metrics, recruitment timelines, and process improvements.

What You Bring to the Table:

You bring 2-3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Talent Acquisition, including full-cycle recruitment. You're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments where multitasking and prioritizing are key. You have hands-on experience with tools like BambooHR, ATS platforms, and Google Workspace. You're excited about using AI to improve workflows and reduce admin overhead. Familiarity with resume screening tools, workflow automation, and data reporting is essential. If you've worked in a SaaS or tech environment and hold a degree in HR, Business, or a related field--that's a strong asset.
