Position
We are looking for a People Operations and Recruiting Coordinator to run the day-to-day mechanics of hiring and onboarding, and to keep light people operations organized as we scale.
This is not a strategic HR role. This is an execution role.
You will manage candidate flow, scheduling, interview coordination, offer logistics, onboarding, and basic employee administration. You'll work directly with leadership and hiring managers and will have clear ownership of keeping things moving.

Duties
Recruiting Operations (Primary Focus)
Manage job postings and inbound applications
Review resumes and create shortlists using provided criteria
Conduct basic phone screens when needed
Schedule and coordinate interviews across teams
Keep candidates moving through the pipeline and follow up on feedback
Support offer preparation, reference checks, and acceptance
Onboarding & Offboarding
Coordinate new hire onboarding: paperwork, system access, equipment, and first-week logistics
Maintain onboarding and offboarding checklists
Ensure new hires are set up properly on Day 1
People Operations
Maintain employee records and basic HR documentation
Coordinate benefits enrollment, PTO tracking, and payroll inputs with external providers
Be a first point of contact for basic employee questions and route anything complex appropriately
Keep job descriptions, titles, and org charts up to date
Process & Tracking
Maintain clean data in recruiting and HR systems
Track basic hiring metrics (roles open, stage status, time-to-fill)
Improve recruiting and onboarding workflows over time
Required Skills / Experience
1-3 years experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, HR coordination, or similar
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple open roles at once
Clear, professional communication with candidates and internal teams
Experience working with job boards and interview scheduling
Practical, execution-oriented mindset
Desired / Bonus Qualifications
Experience recruiting for technical or software roles
Familiarity with ATS or HRIS tools
Experience supporting onboarding or people operations in a growing company

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
