The Assistant plays a pivotal role in various aspects of human resources, including payroll, benefits administration, leave management, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compensation, and training and development. They actively contribute to the implementation of HRIS to support organizational growth and digital transformation, enabling province-wide employee self-service options for secure and accurate data capture. This role involves meticulous data entry, maintenance of HR analytics for decision-making, content updates on internal platforms, participation in job fairs and career events, and the development and communication of initiatives to support MNBC's goal of becoming an employer of choice. Additionally, they handle inquiries from staff, manage the People and Culture email inbox, maintain confidential personnel files, streamline documentation and forms, and utilize various communication channels for effective interaction.
