Located just outside of Fredericton in Tracyville, NB, Marwood Ltd. is currently recruiting a

Pellet Plant Operator

for the Pellet Plant Division. The successful candidate will have responsibilities for operation of the pellet plant and dryer, piling robot, forklift, wrapping station, etc.

Other duties generally include:

Product quality control and ensuring record keeping is done accurately (Quality checks, failures, grading etc.).

Ensuring that finished product is properly packaged and labeled.

Working with crews to ensure work is done in a safe and efficient manner.

Various physical and mechanical tasks associated with equipment operation.

Being consistently committed to establishing and improving production and safety related goals.

Maintaining a clean environment within the plant.

Accepting other jobs and duties as required.

Day/Night/Weekend/Holiday shifts as scheduled.

This position requires a reliable person who is mechanically inclined and interested in learning all tasks associated with operating the pellet plant. Candidates must also be willing to work 12-hour shifts (48-60 hours/week)
