We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MANUAL HORIZONTAL BORING Mill Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a HORIZONTAL Boring Mill machine and ensuring that all production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of programming, blueprint reading, and the ability to work with various hand tools and machinery. The HORIZONTAL Boring Mill Operator will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Operate a Manual HORIZONTAL Boring Mill machine to produce precision parts according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements. Program and set up HEIDENHAIN controllers for machine performance. Utilize hand tools effectively for adjustments and repairs as needed. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet established standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a MANUAL HORIZONTAL BORING Mill Operator Strong knowledge of HEIDENHAIN systems. Proficiency in blueprint reading and technical documentation. Ability to use hand tools accurately and safely. Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
