Your Role

As an Occupational Therapist at M|CARE, you will:

Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to support goal achievement. Complete assessments and design individualized treatment programs. Empower clients to overcome physical, cognitive, emotional, sensory, and psychosocial challenges. Innovate in practice, lead groups, and contribute to community partnerships. For senior clinicians: take on leadership responsibilities and grow into a management role.
What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in pediatrics and/or adult care (preferred). University degree in Occupational Therapy with registration (or eligibility) with COTO and/or OEQ. Membership with CAOT. Strong clinical reasoning, adaptability, and communication skills. Bilingual proficiency (English & French) is an asset. A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
