We are seeking an experienced Change Management Agent with deep expertise in India payroll and proven change management skills to support a global payroll transformation program. This role will work closely with the Change Leader to champion payroll-related changes, drive adoption across regions, and ensure successful implementation by April 2026.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Change Leader to plan and execute change management activities for payroll transformation.
Act as a change champion to promote awareness, understanding, and acceptance of payroll changes.
Collaborate with local HR, Finance, and Payroll teams to ensure smooth adoption of new payroll processes and systems.
Develop and deliver training programs to upskill local teams on new payroll procedures and tools.
Gather feedback, track adoption metrics, and address resistance to change.
Provide ongoing support during transition, testing, and post-go-live stabilization.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong Canada payroll knowledge and hands-on experience in payroll operations.
Proven track record in change management within large-scale HR or payroll transformation projects.
Experience working in cross-cultural, multi-country environments (experience in Singapore, Thailand, UAE, or Canada is a plus).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to train and coach local teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
