Type of position: Regular

An overview of your future role at BBA

Complete the entire pay cycle and provide client services.

Ensure time sheets are approved in a timely manner.

Process payroll every two weeks, ensuring data accuracy for the various provinces of employment across Canada.

Reconcile remittances to various levels of government or other agencies.

Ensure salary increases are paid and make retroactive payments, where necessary.

Follow up with group insurance and RRSP/DPSP premiums.

Help with year-end preparation and control activities.

Make journal entries.

Perform salary reconciliations and expense reports.

Help the Accounting team with month-end activities.

Overview of certifications and job requirements

At least three to five years of experience in a similar position

Excellent written communication (English and French)

Bilingual, both spoken and written

Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite

Asset: knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX
