Payroll Technician - Finance and Investments

As part of the Human Resources team, you will be responsible for the payroll process for all employees in Quebec, Ontario and New York. A full range of benefits and excellent working conditions are offered by the employer!

YOUR ROLE

Ensure the complete payroll process for all employees;
Check the accuracy of the information and respect the deadlines;
Supervise the calculation of the payroll;
Maintain and update employees' record;
Inform employees about information related to the benefits;
Generate reports and forms related to payroll processing on a monthly or annual basis;
Manage month-end activities;
Ensure that the payroll process complies with the laws and internal regulations;
Participate in various special projects as needed.

PREREQUISITES

DCS in administration or equivalent experience/training;
Experience in a payroll department;
Certification from the Canadian Payroll Association, an asset;
Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite, especially Excel;
Knowledge of ADP WorkForce Now, an asset;
Good level of bilingualism, French and English, spoken and written;
Teamwork, desire to get involved and flexibility.
