We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions.I am looking for an accounting technician for my client, a large group in the health sector. This is a permanent, full-time position.\xef\x82\xb7 Perform complete weekly payroll processing (unionized and non-unionized)

\xef\x82\xb7 See to the management of statutory holidays, sick leave, annual vacations, etc.;
\xef\x82\xb7 Carry out clerical management of CSST and group insurance files;
\xef\x82\xb7 Issue employment records on the web;
\xef\x82\xb7 Apply the various collective agreements and labor standards;
\xef\x82\xb7 All other related tasks.\xef\x82\xb7 DEC or AEC in administration or accounting;
\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position;
\xef\x82\xb7 Large company experience (500 employees and more);
\xef\x82\xb7 Understanding of the complete payroll cycle;
\xef\x82\xb7 Certificate from the Canadian Payroll Association (asset);
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of CSST, group insurance and collective agreement;
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of AS-400, Maestro (asset);
\xef\x82\xb7 Good knowledge of written and spoken French.
\xef\x82\xb7 Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook);
\xef\x82\xb7 Be organized and able to work independently;
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work under pressure and good management of priorities;PROCEDURE: First interview with Romane Dumaine, recruitment advisor, then with the paymaster.
