Our client located in Oakville has an immediate opening for a Payroll Specialist to join their team! This role will assist the payroll team in processing weekly, hourly & salary payroll! This is a great opportunity for those looking to work with a large, growing company with room to grow within the team! This role starts in office but has the potential to go hybrid once fully trained.

Responsibilities:
  • Process weekly payroll for employees
  • Set up new employees in the system
  • Ensure all payroll data and reports are accurate and up to date
  • Administrative tasks including data entry and maintaining records
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • 3+ years\' full cycle in house payroll experience
  • PCP designation or pursuing
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Implementation experience or exposure to union payroll an asset
