You'll play a vital part in ensuring timely and compliant payroll processing, becoming a trusted partner in delivering a seamless employee experience and maintaining financial integrity across the organization.

What You'll Do

Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll processes within biweekly cycles. Provide expert guidance to Tier 1 colleagues on payroll legislation and complex calculations. Navigate multiple systems efficiently to meet operational and compliance requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and HR Operations to resolve payroll-related queries. Foster a culture of teamwork, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency. Deliver on key deadlines and contribute to achieving broader organizational goals.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in payroll or similar roles. Strong understanding of Canadian payroll legislation and compliance standards. Proficiency in payroll systems (ADP Global View experience is a plus). Solid knowledge of payroll and finance reconciliation processes. Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player. Committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence. Bilingual in English and French is preferred.
