Payroll Specialist

- Remote within Canada




Here is what a typical day looks like




Analyze, prepare and assist with the inputting of payroll data Complete year end requirements, including producing T4's and T2200's, processing RRSP contributions, garnishees and third-party payments Complete set up of all hires, process terminations and employee changes as they pertain to payroll Process manual/off-cycle pays as required Manage the Time & Attendance system Produce and provide records of Employment and other payroll-related documents



The value you bring




7 plus years' experience working in payroll applications for 1500+ employees Experience validating Payroll and processing payroll using multiple payroll systems preferred Canadian Payroll Certification (CPC) required Post-Secondary diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred Proven working experience with WorkForce and SAP/SuccessFactors System implementation experience is an asset



Hours:

Full time, 37.5hrs per week

Compensation Range:

$51,000 - $65,000
