Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient- centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Manager of Payroll, the incumbent is responsible for working in a consistently changing environment. Consistent interactions with customers and other internal and external parties via email or telephone providing information and resolving issues related to Payroll and Benefits. Adheres to all applicable policies and procedures as provided for under legislation, union and non-union guidelines including the varied processes in multiple collective agreements across multiple sites and differing legal entities. Providing support for over 6 000 customers working across Manitoba with the anticipation of expected growth within our client base in the future.
