The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations..Position OverviewReporting directly to the Manager, Provincial HR Shared Services Centre, the incumbent is responsible for working in a high-volume call centre and processing environment where the representatives answer over 8,000 calls monthly. Interacts with employees and other internal and external parties via email or telephone providing information and resolving issues related to benefits, payroll and recruitment. Works to resolve complaints while achieving set productivity targets. Adheres to all applicable policies and procedures as provided for under applicable legislation, union and non-union guidelines including the varied processes in multiple collective agreements across multiple sites and differing legal entities. Provides support for over 36, 0000 staff working across Manitoba with the anticipation of expected growth within our client base in the future.Experience
