About you



As a Payroll & Benefits Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting payroll and benefits administration for our Saskatchewan operations. This position ensures accurate payroll processing and benefits management while supporting employee inquiries and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities



Process semi-monthly payroll by gathering and assessing all relevant information, calculating earnings, deductions, and taxes, and ensuring compliance with federal and provincial regulations. Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records, including employee attendance in conjunction with managers. Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and assist with payroll-related projects. Administer Saskatchewan employee benefits programs. Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to payroll and benefits, and manage employee leaves including medical, parental, and other types in coordination with HR. Stay updated on legislative changes and system updates affecting payroll and benefits.

Qualifications



Diploma in a related field. Minimum 3 years experience, preferably in a related role. Familiarity with ADP payroll software. Ability to deliver excellent client service across the organization and with external partners. Provides a high level of professional customer service to both internal and external parties. Able to exercise discretion due to the confidential nature of this position. High standard of professionalism and passion for success. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and with a moderate level of guidance and direction. Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet multiple deadlines. Critical thinker and a problem solver.
