Position Summary
We are seeking a
Payroll Administrator
with strong experience using
Payworks
to manage all aspects of payroll processing. The ideal candidate will also bring experience in
Accounts Payable
, excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.
Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly payroll using
Payworks
Maintain accurate payroll, benefits, and employee records
Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations
Manage employee changes (new hires, terminations, benefits, vacation, etc.)
Assist with
Accounts Payable
: invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations
Ensure compliance with employment standards and payroll legislation
Support the Finance and HR teams with reporting and audits, as requested
Qualifications
Minimum
2 years' experience
in payroll administration
Proficiency with Payworks is required
Accounts Payable experience preferred
Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and accounting practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
