to join our team. This role involves processing payroll, supporting human resources functions, training staff on resort-related applications, and assisting with bookkeeping and front desk duties.
What You'll Be Doing:
Payroll Processing
Process bi-weekly payroll accurately.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance.
Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
HR Onboarding & Offboarding
Assist with new hire onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Maintain and update employee records.
Employee Training
Train employees on resort applications and software.
Develop training materials and assist with training sessions.
Bookkeeping
Perform part-time bookkeeping tasks.
Assist with budget tracking and financial records
.
Reception Coverage
Provide reception coverage, answer calls, greet guests, and handle inquiries.
Support front desk operations during peak periods or staff absences.
General Duties:
Adhere to resort policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and financial information.
Exhibit flexibility to take on additional duties as needed.
What You Need to Be Successful:
Experience in payroll processing, HR, and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
Full-Time hours with flexibility for peak periods and reception coverage.
Occasional extended hours during payroll processing periods

Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
