We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Process Technician to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting bookkeeping functions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes. Experience with financial services and account reconciliation is highly valued. The Process Technician will play a key role in supporting the company's financial health through precise account analysis and effective communication.

Duties

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and PeopleSoft Perform data entry tasks related to financial transactions, invoices, and billing processes Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies for resolution Conduct account analysis to support financial reporting and decision-making Assist with bookkeeping duties, including ledger maintenance and transaction recording Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams via phone etiquette and professional correspondence Support financial services operations by providing detailed reports and analysis as needed Collaborate with team members to improve processes related to account management and reconciliation Utilize analysis skills to identify trends or issues within financial data for proactive resolution

Qualifications

Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or PeopleSoft Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and financial analysis Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail Ability to perform account reconciliation and account analysis effectively Strong organizational skills combined with negotiation abilities when dealing with vendors or clients Customer service experience with professional phone etiquette Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data Basic math skills necessary for accurate calculations and assessments Experience in financial services or related fields is preferred but not required

Pay: $34.66-$42.58 per hour
