Paving Site Supervisor - Year-Round Work (Based in Concord, ON)

We're a growing site services company specializing in

commercial paving, asphalt maintenance, and site work

across Ontario. Most of our projects are in the

GTA

, but we also complete large-scale jobs

out of town

-- from

Thunder Bay to Windsor

-- so travel and overnight stays are part of the role.

We're looking for a

hands-on Paving Site Supervisor

who can manage crews, coordinate multiple jobs, and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone who knows paving operations inside and out and takes pride in delivering quality work safely and efficiently.

This is a

full-time, year-round role

-- paving through the spring, summer, and fall, and leading with

snow operations

in the winter months.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, run, manage and coordinate

paving and asphalt repair projects

across Ontario. Lead and support

foremen and crew members

, ensuring safety, efficiency, and top-quality workmanship. Plan and manage

daily schedules, equipment, and materials

for multiple sites. Oversee

site logistics

, including travel, setup, and coordination for out-of-town projects. Maintain strict safety and quality standards on all worksites. Communicate with management, dispatch, and clients to report progress and resolve issues. Troubleshoot on-site challenges (weather, logistics, materials, etc.) in real time.

WORK in

snow and ice operations

during the winter season.

Requirements

3+ years of FIELD EXPERIENCE MINIMUM

in paving, asphalt, or road construction, with

2+ years of supervisory experience

. Strong knowledge of paving equipment, materials, and field procedures. Proven ability to lead crews, manage multiple jobs, and maintain production targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Must be

comfortable traveling and working out of town

for extended periods when required. Must be

available year-round

, including for snow events in winter. Valid

G driver's license

required (
