Job Duties
Conducting Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) inspections on piping tie in locations.
Interpreting PAUT inspection data and producing high-quality inspection reports.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and technical services, to resolve any issues and complete projects.
Maintaining knowledge of best practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements related to PAUT inspection.
Required Skills and Experience
PCN PAUT II and CGSB UT II are required.
Other CGSB certifications would be an asset.
Strong knowledge of PAUT inspection techniques and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Safety Requirements:
Steel-toe boots are required; Apave will provide additional PPE.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will have access to health benefits and may be required to join a union affiliated with the QCCC.
Legal entitlement to work in Canada is mandatory.
