About the Role:



Wuxly is seeking a Pattern Maker & Product Developer to join our Design and Product Development team. This role is responsible for translating design concepts into well-fitting, production-ready garments through strong pattern development, grading, fittings, and technical accuracy.

You will collaborate closely with design, product development, sourcing, and the sample room throughout the full product lifecycle, contributing to both technical problem-solving and creative execution. This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple stages of development and values collaboration in a fast-moving environment.



Key Responsibilities:



Pattern Development & Fito Create, develop, and refine patterns from design concept through production

Lead pattern grading and ensure size consistency across styles Prepare and manage markers, with strong attention to fabric efficiency and optimization Work confidently in Gerber and PAD for pattern and marker development Lead and support fitting sessions, making clear pattern and construction adjustments

Technical Development & Collaborationo Review and contribute to tech packs, ensuring accuracy in measurements, construction details, and pattern information

Collaborate closely with design, product development, and the sample room to resolve fit, construction, and production challenges Support cross-functional tasks within the Design / Product Development team as needed Responsibilities may flex based on project needs, with team members supporting one another across functions

Materials & Sourcing Supporto Source fabrics, trims, and raw materials in alignment with design intent and production requirements

Communicate with suppliers to support material development and selection Assist with evaluating fabric performance, suitability, and consistency for end use

What We're Looking For:



Experience & Educationo Diploma or degree in Pattern Making, Fashion Design, Apparel Production, or a related field

4+ years of experience in pattern making and product development Strong proficiency in Gerber and PAD Solid understanding of garment construction, fit, grading, and fabric behaviour Experience with marker planning and fabric optimization Comfort sourcing fabrics, trims, and raw materials from domestic and offshore suppliers

Skills & Attributeso Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-focused

Strong technical problem-solving skills Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats Confident working across design, development, and production teams Able to manage multiple styles and timelines effectively
