Overview

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team and family run business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, has experience installing Pergolas/Patio Covers and with the ability to work with various hand tools and equipment. While industry experience is an asset, we will train the right candidate. As an Installer, you will be responsible for executing installation tasks efficiently, working with a positive mindset, being team orientated and self motivated while ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

Perform installations according to project specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in all installation tasks. Comfortable on ladders. Read and interpret installation plans, drawings, cut sheets. Execute carpentry tasks including framing and assisting with building decks. Apply caulking and construction painting as needed for finishing touches. Assist with repairs when necessary. Participate in Outdoor projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the process. Collaborate and work with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety protocols. Complete product pick up and job site drop offs.

Experience

Proven experience in construction or a related field is essential. Familiarity with carpentry techniques and materials is highly desirable. Experience with hand tools, working with aluminum builds, welding, caulking, and deck projects. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
