The Position
Leads the development, implementation, marketing, analytics and management of ongoing patient support programs across multiple therapeutic areas at BICL. Independently designs, manages, and monitor programs that enhance patient access, initiation, adherence and persistence on therapy, while ensuring all activities are compliant with internal policies and external regulations. Furthermore, the manager will lead the development of a patient Integrated Customer Plan (ICP) resulting in patient activation. The position functions as a subject matter expert on patient/reimbursement support services and collaborates cross functionally with vendors, customers and commercial terms with the objective of enhancing and improving the overall effectiveness of the PSP measured by customer satisfaction and usage.
