Reporting to the Corporate Manager for Patient & Resident Experience, you will act as a liaison between patients, families, physicians, and staff, facilitating communication and resolution of concerns in accordance with provincial regulations and organizational policies. This role also involves identifying trends, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and providing education to build capacity for concern resolution management across Covenant Health.
