Reporting to the Director/Manager of Patient Food Services, the Food Service Supervisor (FSS) is responsible and accountable for providing front line staff with direct supervision, team leadership and organization for the day to day food services in support of the vision, mission and business plan of EllisDon Facilities Services. The FSS makes site-level decisions and has direct leadership responsibility for contributing to the achievement of the goals of the Patient Food Service Department. This position exercises considerable independence in performing duties and meeting management objectives in patient\xe2\x80\x99s services. The FSS is responsible for collaborating with the Manager for site implementation plans for initiatives, process improvement efficiencies, and also to develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
