PATIENT ENGAGEMENT & RETENTION SPECIALIST (CLINICAL COUNSELOR) | Waterloo

Your tasks at a glance

You present treatment options to prospective patients. You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling. You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely, and in a timely manner. You enhance patient satisfaction by delivering personalized consultations, building rapport, and facilitating steps of their patient journey. You are proficient in using computer tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and EMR systems for tasks such as results tracking, reporting, follow-ups, and managing patient-related activities. You will have the opportunity to receive additional training to broaden your role and expertise within the clinic, such as exposure to receptionist duties.

A clear view of your assets

You have a broad background in customer service or retention in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, restaurants, gyms, etc. Your experience as an account manager or sales representative is considered an asset. You have the desire to succeed while helping customers achieve their goals. You are organized, results-oriented, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills. You have excellent communication skills.

Schedule:

You have flexible availability to work Monday - Friday, shifts ranging between the hours of 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
