What you Will be Doing

Educating potential surgical patients on procedures, including LASIK, RLE, ICL, and Cataract Surgery, while discussing risks, benefits, and alternatives. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care throughout the surgical process Explaining post-operative vision care options and assisting with scheduling. Clearly reviewing pre-operative consent forms and paperwork. Reviewing patient history, necessary testing, and collecting payments. Managing surgery approvals, scheduling, and tracking reports. Maintaining accurate patient records, medical history, and documentation.

What you Will Bring

Experience in a medical or clinical setting (an asset). Background in customer service, client care, or sales. Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication in a professional setting. Comfortable working independently Post-secondary education in a relevant field (an asset). Knowledge of healthcare, ophthalmology or eye care (an asset). Familiarity with medical terminology.
