, you'll be a key player in shaping our patient's experience, helping them feel their best, and guiding them toward the treatments that meet their goals.
What You'll Be Doing:
Engage with Patients:
Be the first point of contact--greet patients over the phone and in person with a friendly smile, listening to their needs and concerns.
Schedule and Rebook:
Ensure our clients' schedules are perfectly organized. Help them book, confirm, and rebook their treatments and follow-ups seamlessly.
Upsell Treatments & Skincare:
You'll be the expert in recommending our range of beauty services and high-quality skincare products, making sure every client gets the most out of their experience.
Build Relationships:
Provide exceptional customer service, resolve concerns, and ensure patients always leave happy, feeling valued and confident in their choices.
Sales Support:
Promote exclusive packages, skincare lines, and beauty services to meet our goals while ensuring that clients feel supported in their beauty journey.
Administrative Support:
Keep accurate patient records, manage appointment details, and update treatment plans as needed.
What We're Looking For:
A passion for the beauty industry and skincare.
Excellent communication skills--you love talking to people and making them feel comfortable.
Experience in customer service, sales, or a beauty-related field is a big plus.
Ability to upsell products and services with a consultative approach.
Organized and detail-oriented--able to juggle tasks while providing exceptional service.
A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
Previous experience with scheduling software or office tools is a bonus.
