SCHEDULE:

32+ hours per week 3 days 12:00-8:00, alternating weekends (Sat/Sun) 9:00-5:00 Other days for coverage as needed

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

1+ years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist or combination of diploma in dental office administration and administrative experience Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator/Dental Receptionist is considered an asset Experience is not required - we're open to entry level applicants! Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker/CareCru is considered an asset Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families Customer service mindset
