Patient & Client Care Coordinator

Abbotsford Animal Hospital



THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION

If you are interested in becoming part of a great team in a very busy animal hospital in Aurora, Ontario, we are looking for a full time person to become part of our Client Care team.

Requirements: Able to provide excellent and expeditious client experience; greet clients; respond to client questions, process incoming and outgoing pets, and handle payments. Answer phone calls, which may involve answering questions, screening for service needs, and scheduling appointments. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email. Monitor client waiting area to ensure cleanliness. Document and maintain client information, service data, and other pertinent information within the business operations software. Escalate complex matters to senior staff.

Experience is preferred and knowledge of Cornerstone software would be an asset, but not required. We are willing to train a suitable candidate.
