Clinic Experience Manager

to join our team.

What You'll Do

Greet and guide patients with professionalism and warmth Manage appointment, and client communication Support treatments by setting up clients for therapies (e.g., red light therapy) Maintain smooth clinic operations -- from supplies to daily flow Provide information about our services, memberships, and programs Support practitioners and ensure a top-quality patient experience Contribute to clinic growth through excellent service and sales follow-up

Who You Are

Friendly, caring, and naturally people-focused Highly organized with great attention to detail Comfortable using technology and booking systems Professional in both appearance and communication Passionate about health, wellness, and longevity Bilingual (English/French) preferred Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or sales is an asset

Schedule

Full-time Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday flexibility)
