A day in the life:

Conduct introduction and welcome calls with patients
/li

li
Act as patient advocate, providing information and options on medications and coverage details
/li

li
Assist patients with any required documentation for medications and/or coverage / reimbursement
/li

li
Maintain good understanding of the reimbursement programs available for patients
/li

li
Provide excellent patient experience, ensuring no disruption to patient support program
/li

Successful candidates will have:

1-2 years experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry

OR 1-2 years experience in customer service / call center

OR Recent grad from Health Sciences or Medical Office
/li

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
/li

li
Some experience with public (provincial and federal) and private third party drug reimbursement plans is an asset
/li

li
Bilingualism (French & English) is an asset! but not essential
/li
