Choice Health Centre is seeking a Patient Care Specialist/Administrative Assistant for for our growing multi-disciplinary health and wellness clinic at our

Fall River

location. Coverage opportunities may also become available at all 4 locations (Fall River, Bedford, Dartmouth, and Halifax).

The right candidate would excel with working in a fast paced, busy environment, multiple tasks, work well in a team setting and be open to growth, change and learning new things. Reception is the first point of contact for our new and existing clients and we take great pride in our quality service. We work in a team environment where we rely one another to support our clients' wellness.

Main Duties:

Exceptional Client Service, Front Desk Reception, Insurance and Payment Processing, Treatment Preparation, Data Entry, Centre Cleanliness

Requirements:

Very strong organizational skills (and prioritization of tasks). Strong knowledge in electronic file management skills, computer use (basic computer functions, writing and formatting emails, etc.). Extreme accuracy & attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with strong English language. Ability to work in a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment. Must have reliable transportation to the area.
