1-2 energetic, personable, and detail-oriented Patient Care Specialists

to join our growing team in

. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, greeting them with warmth, professionalism, and a smile, both in person and over the phone.

What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient clinic experience. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Welcome and assist patients and visitors

, ensuring they feel comfortable and well cared for.

Manage appointments and scheduling

for patients and providers, including changes and follow-ups.

Handle patient communications

--answering phones, responding to inquiries, and providing information in a friendly and professional manner.

Process payments and insurance claims

with accuracy and attention to detail.

Support daily clinic operations

, including managing supplies, handling mail and documents, overseeing laundry, and maintaining tidiness throughout the centre.

Collaborate with the team

by participating in staff meetings, clinical rounds, and occasional community outreach events.

Reliable transportation

to the Fall River location. Availability

Monday-Thursday, 1:00pm-8:30pm

(plus potential to cover other shifts at our Bedford, Burnside, or Bayers Lake clinics).
