Move To Move is looking for a patient care coordinator to join our collaborative team of professionals in the Ramsay-Inglewood neighbourhood of Calgary.

Move To Move is a facility that combines a Rehabilitation Clinic and a Movement Studio. We offer Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Private Training and Group Classes. We take pride in offering longer 1-on-1 rehabilitation treatments, as well as professionals instructing small group classes and private training sessions. Our goal is to help you explore the full potential of your body, no matter what your current level is!

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma Friendly and professional demeanour Basic computer skills & familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Business, Zoom, EMR Past customer service experience is an asset

Job Requirements

Covering the front desk Facilitating an excellent customer experience Communicating with our multidisciplinary therapy team Booking patient appointments through Janeapp Direct billing insurance companies Opening and closing the clinic Answering the phone Checking and replying to voicemail and emails Scanning documents and uploading to patients' charts Faxing Cleaning duties Laundry Admin assistance

Salary

: $18/hour

Required Schedule

minimum of 20 hours-max 35 hours/week, all in-person (a consistent schedule be offered) Mixture of morning, afternoon and evening shifts (earliest 8AM, latest 7PM) Work 1-2 Saturdays per month
