Role Overview
The primary function of a Patient Care Coordinator is to provide an exceptional experience by providing a welcoming environment for all clients, patients and guests. This role is also accountable for ensuring that everyone receives the "U" experience while visiting a Rejuvenation facility by verifying patient demographics information, creating relationships with visitors and maintaining cleanliness at the facility.
Role Objectives
The Patient Care Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greet clients upon arrival and provide the Rejuvenation experience through excellent customer service
Answering incoming calls and answering general inquiries and concerns (telephone, walk-in, email)
Accept payments at the front desk, follow up and liaise between doctors, staff and patients
Enter patient information into database ensuring confidentiality
Filing, scanning, and electronic filing documents and statements
Go above and beyond to meet client expectations
Perform appointment bookings, reminder, and follow-up calls.
Answer online customer inquiries through Textline software
Accept client payments in a professional and confidential manner
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, stocked with all necessary stationery and material?items
Participate in customer service training as needed
Perform other duties as requested by management and supervisory team
Role Qualifications
1+ years of proven customer service experience
Self-motivated with strong communication skills (both oral and written)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to have attention to detail
Exceptional time management skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Ability to work as a team and independently
Flexible availability, willingness to work weekends and evenings
Good understanding of Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Previous industry experiences an asset
