What you'll do

Assess and prepare surfaces for patching and painting to ensure a smooth finish. Execute patching tasks on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces with precision. Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers while maintaining clean lines and even coverage. Perform touch-ups and repairs to existing paintwork as needed. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and materials. Utilize an ohmmeter to check electrical systems when necessary for safety compliance. Stay updated on the latest techniques and materials in patching and painting.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in patching and painting or related maintenance person work.

Preferred qualifications

Proficiency with tools such as brushes, rollers, sprayers, and an ohmmeter. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
