Reporting to the Head Pastry Chef, the Pastry Cook learns, prepares, and creates innovative and signature dishes served at Miku Restaurant. The Pastry Cook contributes to the guest experience by creating memorable dishes that play with local flavors of the season, freshly imported ingredients, and new inspirations. In this role, you are encouraged to explore your creativity and push culinary boundaries while managing inventory and maintaining safe and healthy kitchen and food handling practices.
